Experience
I have done all my training at Regent's University London, a leading training institution in the fields of Psychotherapy and Psychology.
​
I have worked at a variety of clinical settings, including registered charity Number 22 Community Counselling Services, and Headstrong Counselling, which provides online therapy nationwide. I was a volunteer at The Samaritans Hong Kong, as well as a trainer of new volunteers there.
I have regular supervision with an accredited supervisor. I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework and hold an enhanced DBS certificate.

Background
I grew up in Bristol and worked overseas for many years. In my previous career, I worked as a qualified educator.

My lifelong experience of living and working in multicultural and international environments means that it comes naturally for me to connect and empathise with people of any race, culture or background.
